This coffee maker is the most important piece of equipment in my house. I am a full time student heading to medical school and probably drink around 5-6 cups or more per day. I have not had any issues with my coffee maker and have had multiple Keurigs over the years. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review."

LOVE this, went from the single serve which was a PAIN to clean to this, what a difference. I love that you can personalize it! The color rages to go with my kitchen, the flavors of my coffee as I am an AVID coffee drinker. Amazing.

Coming from a first generation Keurig, this is definitely a worthwhile upgrade. We use it 2-3 times a day. Large enough water reservoir to last a few days between refills. I have used the old style Kcups without any problems at all. All around an excellent value for the price if you drink coffee in large amounts, and enjoy an almost endless variety of flavors. My mom purchased the Keurig® 2.0 K550 Brewing System for my husband and I as a gift and we absolutely love it! It's perfect for our lifestyle because we typically only have a cup a day and it's perfect for the weekends when we want to use the carafe to make 3-4 cups. Buy a Mr. Coffee

Want to use it every morning but often can't because don't have the time to clear the grounds so that it will deliver a full cup of coffee. I have owned two of these, invested over $300.00. I should have given up on this product after the first one wouldn't work. I feel pretty studpid about thinking another, newer version would be any better.

Very versatile but awaiting "use your own coffee" pod

Finally a brewer that can use both Vue and K-cup pods! But, only new pods as the old ones will not work! And, I hear from Keurig that the "use you own coffee" adaptor will become available later in the "holiday season." The brewer is just fine; works very well and is very easy to use.
