Very Disappointed

As a long time user and tea drinker, who likes her travel mug size, I found out that #1 I can no longer easily pour more than a 10 oz cup. And we are forced to by "Travel Mug" size k-cups for coffee to get more than 10 oz., which we always in the past were able to use the standard K-cup to get the hire ounce pour. You have very limited Travel size options and NO TEA OPTIONS FOR THE STANDARD BLACK TEA DRINKER. Not happy to be deceived by Keurig into buying additional product or not have the product even available.
Pros: Large reservoir
Cons: Long Brew Time, Limited Hot Water Dispens, Forced To Buy Extra Product, Limited Features, Loud, Complicated Controls, Less Travel Mug Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my keurig 550

I use this every day sometimes for single cups and sometimes for a carafe. I do need to drink the carafe quicker because it gets cold. I wish I could empty and clean easy.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to use, Can Make A Cup Or A Caraf, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN

Makes great quick coffee

I think that this is a great wa to make coffee. I have always liked the first cup of coffee made in a drip coffee maker, but I didn't like the coffee after the first cup. With the Keurig 2.0 it's always the first cup.

Keurig K550 - Replaced my older unit

The set up was very easy and was making coffee right away. The system works great but the fact I can not use my travel mug when using my filter cup and my own coffee bothers me. Can not get into the menu to select the larger cup does not make me happy since I could with my older unit without buying their K cups for that large of cup. Need to let people get into that menu.

I had the VUE which I also loved, just didn't like that you couldn't find the vue cups at retailers. Problem solved with 2.0!

This is our second Keurig brewer. Decided to upgrade to K2.0. Love the convenience and quality. We use it every morning. Wish we could use our bagged coffee in this unit, though. Our other B60 had a filter/adapter for this. Also, the plastic carafe doesn't keep the beverage hot.
