Use this machine every morning and evening. Love the fact that everyone can choose their favorite coffee as we all like something different. Wish I could use my own coffee as I did in my old Keurig, but am trying new varieties of coffee this way.

Cons: Small Carafe, Carafe Doesn't Stay Hot, Must Use Special Kcups

I use my Keuring in the morning for a delicious cup of coffee. My husband enjoys the hot chocolate as his morning preference. The hot water feature allows for a quick bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. A nighttime cup of tea ends my busy day. Needless to say, we love our Keurig! The Keurig company has offered us complementary packs if we express or opinions on their product; be it good, or not so great. I'm happy to say, we are very pleased.

I LOVE THAT FACT THAT YOU CAN CHANGE SIZE AND STRENGTH OF BREW IN A PUSH OF A BUTTON. ONLY ONE MACHINE NEEDED FOR ONE CUP OR A POT. SINGLE PERSON OR COMPANY YOU ARE ALWAYS PREPARED WITH KEURIG ON YOUR COUNTER!!

The K550 is a good machine with some limitations. The hot water dispenser feature is a nice option. There is a good variety of K cups available, although the DRM makes it difficult to use older K cups. I can't brew larger than a 10oz cup. I use travel mugs a lot and would like to fill them using the machine. For the most part, it's fast and very convenient. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review. I received compensation/free product for my unbiased review.
