I use the 550 daily for my moring coffee before work. I use the caraffe to make iced coffee for my wife, i make the caraffe and let it cool before putting in the refridgator. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.

I thoroughly enjoy the ease of use. The system wakes up and is ready for my morning coffee. My daughter loves the hot chocolate and my wife likes the tea. I usually have the same coffee in the morning but it is nice to offer friends and family choices. Very happy with the purchase.
