I have a few issues with this coffeemaker. I owned the Vue machine- loved it- loved all the features and options, but hated the fact that coffee was hard to find unless I ordered it online. I switched to the 2.0 hoping to have the same features of the Vue, but found it lacking. The lack of temperature adjustment leaves you with less than hot coffee- I shouldn't have to microwave a freshly brewed cup, right? The auto-on feature does not allow for simply adding a pod for instant readiness. The auto on still requires another preheat. I like the multiple size options for brewing a cup or a pot. I like the flip top fill lid. I could take or leave the "must use the Keurig brand pods" issue. I think overall this machine is a step DOWN from the Vue that I had. Kind of disappointing. Mediocre.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not hot enough, Auto On Ineffective, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

While the unit worked I loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working within the first 7 days.

#Keurig 2.0 Brewing System

I really enjoy being able to brew one cup or a pot when I have friends over for a cuppa! I would buy this 2.0 #Keurig over and over again, Oh gosh it has been at the top of the wedding gifts this past year! If I love it the Newlyweds will also!

Several time per day, I drink a good coffee and it's very pleasant to do it whit this brewer. The only downside is the water temperature which in my opinion should be adjustable.
Pros: Large Pot, Good Look, Easy to clean, Quality Brewing, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to use

Received as a gift. Delighted with carafe. Very disappointed that it takes only Keurig labeled cup. I now have about 250 K cups that I can't use. What do you suggest.

It's Easy to Get BIG, hard to stay Great

Second $150$ plus unit in 3 months. HATE it. Believe in buying the best and thought Kuerig provide that. WRONG. Nothing but problems with 2 new machines. Punches big holes and then pours grounds into cups. NOT dirty...BRAND new! Husband hates it because he can not get a cup of coffee out of it....oh for the tool old days when Keurig quality mattered rather than the number of units they could push out. One lemon of a coffee machine I could handle and understand...but two in a row...no!
Pros: Stylish, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Looks Matter
Cons: Problem With 3 Out Of 5, More Trouble Than Worth, More Grounds Than Coffee, Wastes K-cups, Can't Use Cups From Old

I use this machine at the lake house and did like the feature that allowed brewing by carafe for large crowds. All of the sudden I am not able to brew single cups (marked as keurig brands) because they are not the "right keurig brand" even though I had been brewing them for 6 months. What a rip off! Nice way to treat a long term customer. I plan to go back to brewing with a Bunn like I did before keurigs arrived! I would never recommend a keurig product to a friend!

Wasted $$$! My wife bought me the 550 which includes the Carafe. It will not brew anything but the K and C cups that came with it. I bought Maxwell House K cups (the box had a logo saying it was compatible with the Keurig system) and it will not brew. It doesn't recognize packets. I did the same with reusable cups (WITH the Keurig logo) same results. I will NOT recommend to anyone.
