I have had the Keurig 2.0 550 brewer now for about two weeks and I use it every day. I have been a Keurig user for many years and this brewer is fantastic. The only downfall is that it can be a little loud when brewing but that is just a minor issue to me. Having the ability to make a latte at home in a matter of minutes is excellent and I love this feature. The display on the brewer and the number on the Kcup make it easy to prepare each specialty drink. I also use the carafe on the weekends when I want to take my coffee outside and not have to run back in the house for another cup. The removable tray makes it easy to add a tall cup or tall glass for iced beverages and that is a feature that is very useful to me. The design of the brewer is good too. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter and it looks good too. The choices for pods for this machine are vast and I am very excited to try some of the flavors that I haven't had before. This is a wonderful machine, thanks Keurig!!!

I absolutely love my new Keurig 2.0 550! This is my third Keurig Brewer and this is the best one yet. I love the fact that with the 550 system I can brewer my individual cup or a whole pot for guests. I love that I can change the light colors in the water reservoir to match my decor. This system is so easy to use and makes great coffee. The only negatives is it is a little louder when brewing than my last Keurig and you must hold the button continuously if you only want to dispense hot water. Overall I love this machine and would highly recommend it for any home. It's pretty to look at too.

We have the Keurig brewing system in our office. Everyone loves it because it is so easy to use and we can make 1 cup or a whole pot. The only draw back is the carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot for very long...however, most of the time that doesn't matter since we drink it before it cools!

I have owned Keurig products for over 7 years. I decided to upgrade to the 2.0 550 model a few months ago - my old version was in excellent shape but I was tired of dragging out an "old fashion" coffee maker when I needed 2-6 cups of coffee, so after researching the different models I chose this one. WOW. Fast delivery. Easy set up. beautiful on the counter. Great coffee. This is a terrific upgrade. I am very pleased. I love this product. Also a shout out to Customer Service: you guys rock! I use this product daily, so when my old Keurig stopped working after 18 months I was devastated. So happy I tweeted my issue via social media. I found that Keurig twitter account was WAY more helpful than there 1-800 costumer service line. I was offered a free 2.0 for my troubles! Now my fiancé and I are back to drinking our Keurig coffee. The 2.0 is very user friendly (I read all the instructions) and has a very modern design! Thanks Again to the Keurig company and cooperate office for talking with me and hearing out my issues with my old product!! #keurigcoffee4life ***thanks 4 the free kcups too
