I LOVE my KEURIG 2.0. It is the first that I have owned, and I could not be more pleased. I actually drink more coffee know. Also, my husband (who thought that this was not a wise purchase) loves it as well.

I love the hot water dispenser when I am the mood for tea bags or cocoa! A dramatic improvement over all previous models.

I absolutely love my new K550 brewer! I would have given it five stars except I wish it brewed a larger cup! Other than that, it's the bomb-diggity!

I really miss being able to make a cup of hot tea (with a tea bag) with my old brewer. I could choose the size of mug I was using. This version only dispenses so much at a time but I use a 10 oz mug. I don't like having to hold the button down once, let alone twice. I don't use the K-cups for tea because I don't care for the flavor. I'm a Lipton girl. I used to have tea every morning but it's been over a week now.... I will have to look for Lipton K-cups and cross my fingers. My husband mentioned that his travel mug doesn't get full with this brewer. He has to choose 2 different mug sizes to fill it. Old Keurig brewer was a champ at that. Otherwise, we're happy because it was a free replacement since my last 2 failed. Thank you, you rock!!

We were spoiled by the simplicity of the Keurig Platinum Brewer. We may just need to get used to this one, but I will not use the carafe aspect because the beauty of the Keurig is a hot, fresh cup of coffee, one cup at a time.

Cons: Complicated Controls, Hard to use, Can't Pre-set Cup Size, Have To Hold Button Down

Love this machine...this is the third Keurig I've owned..I bought the Vue model and really liked it ..last over a year and will still brew but more slowly..I love the 2.0 brewing system..I had enough club points to get the 550 half price..love the option of being able to choose the water amount ...haven't tried the carafe yet...must have some people over for brunch...

I have had a Keurig for many years and have always been happy until just recently when I purchased this new one. First time I went to use it with the "appropriate cups" I received the "oops" messages. After calling the "hotline" and verifying I had the correct pod I was told to rotate the cup 45 degrees until the machine would accept it. After doing this several times until it worked (and wasting many pods in the process)...I was left with a cup of coffee full of coffee grounds. This is the absolute worst machine I have ever used!! It is obvious why the "oops hotline" is needed! I am returning this machine today and going back to a regular coffee pot!
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Complicated Controls, Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
