Don't like that I have to manually change the cup size for every cup than the manufactured set setting of 8 oz.Would like to be able to lock it at 10oz for each cup brewed. Just started using and the coffee doesn't seem to be very hot when brewed.

Cons: Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Long Brew Time

We have owned 3 prior keurig makers. Very disappointed we have k-cups that our new 2.0 will not work. We have all ready called customer service for a tool to use weekly so water will disburse. Ugh.

I am very disappointed in this machine. I was excited about getting a machine that makes Carafes. But I have had multiple problems with this machine. It doesn't shut off automatically even though I have it set to turn off after 1 hour. About 50% of the time it brews incredibly slow and spits out coffee grounds. Sometimes it fails to make the serving size completely (usually 2 oz short or more). The machine is noisier than my previous Keurig even though it is supposed to be quieter.

Cons: Spits Out Coffee Grounds, Noisy, Doesn't Make 12 Oz Size, Variation In Amounts, Doesn't Shut Off, Incredibly Slow Sometimes

I love coffee and saving time, so when I saw this machine on sale on Cyber Monday, I ordered it without hesitation. It worked perfectly for me for 2 months. Then on a day when it snowed like crazy and we were in a state of emergency, this thing just stopped working. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service ever since. I didn't spend this much money on a machine to have to take it apart and try to fix it myself. No! I buy it and expect it to do what it is supposed to do, make me coffee. Instead, I have resorted back to "Old Faithful" and set the brew timer. I've used it daily for 6 years and never once had to take it apart, just change out the filter. I guess the positive is that the grinder going off prevents me from hitting snooze. Don't waste your money, it's a novel idea, but apparently there's too many "little" things that can break and go wrong. Good luck trying to get a replacement or refund. It's been 3 months and mine is still collecting dust on my counter. Thanks Keurig!

My issue is that the needle clogs up with coffee grounds and every day has to be cleaned with a silly little device that was sent to me. I'm very disappointed in the 2.0 version. Not normal the way you have to clean it.

Very nice new brewer although I was a huge fan of the plantinum. My only complaint is I do miss the larger cup size (travel size). The sizes available are small to regular which offer different strengths but I prefer and loved the larger size cup of coffee.
