Love the convenience of Keurig

They only thing I would like is the ability to get 16 oz of Hot a Water On Demand at one time. Also the ability to increase the temperature of my coffee. My cup is perfect to drink right away but is cold befor I can finish my cup., and that's with a 10oz mug. also I love the Icedteas however, more product should be in the K-cup, because a glass of ice cools it down but waters it down to much and I'm left with a glass of ice tea with out ice and its watered down....flavor is gone. I would pay more for better Icedteas! Thanks Keurig for the FREE PACKS for this review!

Cons: I Prefer Hotter Coffee, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

It's a keeper, but a few flaws

I am basically happy with this machine. The coffee is wonderful! I was disappointed when I got up on day 1 and the Auto On feature had not worked. I read prior to purchase that this could be a problem. Fourtunately, it heats up quickly. Also, I would prefer not having to hold in the water button. It would be better if you could push it once and get six ounces.

We love this new unit, however why does it have to come with the bad plastic smell that we read so much about. We are excited to receive out new Keurig, only to quickly realize we can not use it. We did soak the reservoir in vinegar as online chats recommend and that solved most of it. Still had to run many cups thru it to eliminate all Oder. Again , why can't they figure this out, or put this in the setup instructions. Seems silly. Master a week we can now finally enjoy our coffee.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Brews quickly, Easy to clean

I was hesitant to buy the 2.0 brewer due to the reviews I have seen and heard. Wrong! I ordered the 550 from Keurig.com on Friday afternoon, and it was on my porch at my house at 9am the following morning with no extra fees. This was incredible! The machine was so easy to set up and I had my first cup within minutes. I did have some old k-cups that won't work in this machine, but I will use them in the older machine at work so no waste! So impressed straight out of the gate. Thank you!

I use my system almost daily. I love the lights which help in not having to turn on lights to get a cup of java. Also very appreciative of the timer on the system so that coffee or tea is ready when I get ready to walk out the door.

The machine is fast, fairly quiet, and produces a good cup of beverage. It will only brew Keurig branded/licensed cups due to its digital rights management system. I understand it's for quality control purposes, but limits my beverage choices. I would also like to see it be able to brew Vue cups as that is what I have at another location.

Cons: Does Not Accept Vue Cups, Limited Features, Only Brews Keurig Cups
