I am very disappointed in this machine...my old one was much better. This one rips large holes in the kcup sometimes and spues out coffee grounds. Not worth the money i paid
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Long Brew Time, Half cups, Spits Instead Of Stream

I just bought my first Keurig after significant research and I am HAPPY! I purchased the 2.0 K550 and it makes great tasting coffee in no time at all! I rise early and have a long commute during the week and usually have 3-4 cups a morning. The change in flavor and the efficiency of this brewing system are a welcomed change :-) Not to mention it is very easy on the eyes. My kitchen is modern and the Keurig fits right in. I don't have anything bad to say about this coffee maker - though it's just been a few days! Thank You BBB & Keurig!!!

Worst product I have ever purchased

Please do NOT leave a review for this brewer until you have owned it for at least 6 months. This brewer is the worst, most unreliable, product I have purchased from a major company... ever. We are on our 2nd one of these (our first one quit after 3 weeks) and it just broke down also (touch screen quit working, then a week later it failed to pump water). When our first machine quit working, Keurig replaced the brewer almost without asking any questions. But this time we got a lot of pushback from Keurig and they insisted we ship the brewer back to them at our own expense. They also made us go through tedious troubleshooting with them... how do you troubleshoot a malfunctioning touch screen? Hint: she asked me if the machine was plugged in all the way. "Oh yeah, look at that, it wasn't plugged in... glad I called." We fought with Keurig for over a week but we finally got them to agree to send us an older model that is hopefully more reliable (although the only other model they would send, the K45 Elite, also has terrible reviews and reliability issues).
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Complicated Controls, Long Brew Time, HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I use our Keurig daily and love the speed with which the brewer runs. It is simple to use and brews the coffee hot even after I add my half and half. The only negative that we've experienced is that we wished that the pot of coffee was larger as it only brews enough for 3 cups of coffee for us.

Love the keurig,but in my opinion the elite was best for think the carafe is small ,should just make single individual cups. Also I miss the my kcup option!
