Easy to use. Strong if you like coffee stronger Set to come on early coffee of at 7am. Pot for dinner Strong if u like. A lot most of my family have Keurig all love it. New 2.0 is over the top. Enjoy. Laz

I love this design! Best feature by far is how the water reservoir comes out and can be cleaned and the unit has a built in water filter!! But most important is how i can use a pot or individual cup. No more waiting in the morning for my girlfriend to finish making her cup, we can share as we should! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love that I can use this product for just myself and brew one cup at a time (I no longer feel like I'm wasting coffee) or when I have company I can brew a whole pot. I like that I can change the strength of the coffee. Some people like strong, some people don't. I love being able to change the look of my brewer. I match the color to my mood of the day!

I use this Keurig, on average, nine times per week. The only Keurig I had prior was the mini. I love the available (and future available) ounces feature. The carafe itself needs to be designed to hold heat longer. I don't use that feature often, but when I do I usually end up transferring the coffee into a different carafe. I love having a hot water feature, however, I wish that it has a select option for ounces as well. Overall, I am happy with this Keurig. The coffee is still fantastic and the product is easy to use.

Fantastic COMPUTERIZED brewing machine!

Keurig does not do this product justice in describing it. It is far more than just a great coffee brewer. With it one can not only brew coffee and tea, but one can also brew lattes. With a travel-mug package one can brew up to a 14-ounce travel mug! The K-2 has replaced the VUE machine in its ability to do all the VUE machine could do and more. It takes VUE cups (which allows latte and travel-mug size beverages. The computer allows one to brew different sized beverages without affecting the strength of the beverage. In comparing the 6-ounce cup with the 10-ounce cup ones does not find that just more water is added, but it has the same strength in consistency. I love lattes. I was first introduced to lattes through Dunkin' Donuts. At that time the only machine capable of producing a similar beverage was the T*ss*m* machine that I purchased and used for several years. After a while I became dissatisfied with the limited variety of beverages and purchased my 550 for the greatly increased variety of beverages. After a while is discovered that it was possible to brew lattes with my 550. I could now come very close to duplicating the latte that I purchased at DD using the Latte Creator and DD coffee (purchased at DD). This is when I discovered that I could use VUE packs. One VUE pack I enjoy is the Donut Shop coffee for the travel mug. I also enjoy a Chai Tea Latte made with the Latte Creator and Chai Tea. Crafting one's own distinctive latte is fantastically simple. The programmable computer comes into play when inserting a VUE packet. Currently there are six different programs available, but to the casual user they are invisible. Keurig has come up with a FANTASTIC COMPUTERIZED brewing machine, but they fail miserably to promote it as such. It took going through FAQs to discover what possibilities are possible. If one enjoys well crafted beverages and a fantastic variety, one can go no further than to acquire the 2.0 brewer. I have relatives who have anniversaries coming up and right now I have no problem in deciding what to gift them with. This having been said there is one thing they could improve: the ability to brew a STRONG coffee Carafe
