I thought my first Keurig was the best thing that had ever happened to home coffee brewing. This machine fails to even come close to my first Keurig. I am certain this will be my last Keurig. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Cons: Small Pot, Loud, Ugly Design, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Complicated Controls, Long Brew Time

I wish I bought a Keurig Classic Model

I was very excited to purchase the 2.0 as a Christmas present for my wife. We were looking forward to trying assorted varieties of K-cups, but also using our favorite store brand in the wire basket. Unfortunately, the 2.0 doesn not allow the use of any other coffee except K-cups. Very dissapointed. After less than a week we pulled out our old brewer and use the 2.0 on a very limited basis. Maybe twice a week. If the upper managers at Keurig thought they were going to "get them coming and going" by forcing us to buy K-cups exclusively, well I have a surprise for you. I have not once recommended the 2.0. I tell people to buy an older model online if they want to use their own store brands. Not very happy as I'm writing this.
Pros: Brews Individual Cups, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited Features, Must Purchase K-cups

This is a replacement from my Platiumn. there are things I love about the Platium (being able to use my own coffee pod) and there are things I like about the k550. I am dispointted, i did not recieve a coupon for a free box, for doing this review.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Can't Use Own Coffee Kcup

My first Keurig was better, but that was several years ago when there went many options from which to choose. Now, there are so many versions offered that it's hard to know which one will be good. I'd prefer if they stuck to 1 or 2 and perfect them rather than 10 that are mediocre.

if their is anything bad about my keurig , it would be that the cup reader is to sensitive. sometimes you have to open and close it a couple time to make it work

keurig 2.0 is not a good buy its slow to preheat, top water nozzle plugs often. can't use any of my favorite coffee. when I e-mailed keurig all I got was a song and dance about how good it was!!!! worst keurig I have ever owned can not even get it fixed!! waste of my time and money junk
