Love my new 2.0 550 brewer. But do miss features from my old Vue maker. Like the 16 oz brew size. Also have had issues with not being able to puncture some coffee pods when placing them in this brewer. Overall, do love my Keurig!!
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Large reservoir, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Durable, Easy to use
Cons: Preheats Often, Limited Features

Amazing coffee system

I had my first Keurig for almost 8 years. I love waking up and having the Keurig on and ready to brew the coffee. This new Keurig is wonderful. It is much quieter than my other. The new touch screen is a really neat feature. It has some added bonuses like changing the lighting color. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Excellent Replacement

I have to give credit to Keurig. This is the 2nd replacement of a coffee pot in 5 years AND they give you the latest and greatest coffee pot with a discount. I was able to get the 2.0 K500 series for $70 off the price. The Keurig 2.0 K500 series is definitely the BEST BREWER Keurig has developed yet. It's definitely the QUIETIST brewer ever conceived. Keep it up Keurig.

I wish you had little pods to buy that will fit in the coffee maker and k-carafe pods, to fill yourself. Very Expensive and hard to find the pods!

Old K cups don't brew

This 2.0 brewing system needs to go. K-cups that worked in the old system won't work in the new system. Nothing on the box warns you of this. Also, 10oz is the largest cup of coffee you can brew. Again, a change from the old system. Plus, the design makes it more difficult to remove and replace the reservoir.

Keruig has the market on their PODS with this new K550.....the older systems allow you to use your own coffee with the reusable POD they offered.....the new K2.0 does not allow for the use of a reusable pod to brew the coffee of your choice....what a rip off....this is going back and I will use my k45 with very little features.....KCUPs will be limited in my home from this point on.....YOUR LOSS!!!!

The first time I operated this, I was so impressed with how quickly it brewed and a perfect tasting cup at that! My old way of making coffee is over! Easy to clean, easy to make a cup of coffee or now whatever I feel like having any time of the day! I would most certainly buy another one!
