Great Imorovement but 1 short fall

I love this brewer. The only flaw is that not all k cups will work with this brewer. Now I have older k cups that I can't use. "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly

My first brewer was the Vue, loved it. Moved to the 2.0 as it had the carafe. Absolutely love this system. Have had it about 3 months. It began to squirt water out from the top of the brewer. Called customer service, very professional, kind and caring people. Thought that the needles may be clogged, so I cleaned the system, but it did not help. I have a replacement unit on the way. There have been many companies that have told me that I would have had to send the unit in and pay for all repairs. All I can say is thank you Keurig for taking great care of your customers. And thanks for the new insulated carafe, can't wait to get one. If you guys want a great insulated travel mug, try the Keurig mug, I'm still working on a mug from 2 hours ago and it's still good and hot.

I absolutely love my Keurig 2.0. The only complaint that I can say that I have is that only after using a few days it would not brew. I had to call you guys and I was walked through on how to clean the shaft with a paperclip. It did fix the issue but I feel that these instructions should be included in the handbook that comes with the product. Other than that I am really enjoying my product and hope that it holds up and last me a long time.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Durable, Stylish, Brews quickly
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

I rec'd my Keurig 2.0 as a gift to myself for Christmas. I am really enjoying it. I only complaint that I really have is that after only using it for a few days it quit brewing. I did everything I could do to fix it following the instructions in the handbook but eventually had to call Keurig. I rec'd excellent customer service and was walked through the steps on how to fix the problem in which it did correct the issue. My question is why are these instructions included in the handbook on cleaning the needle shaft with a paperclip? Overall the product has been great and I have had to correct this problem a few times. But it has fixed the issue so that is fine as long as it continues to fix the issue. I only brew 1 cup a day and may 2-3 on the weekends. I feel that the K-Café cup is what causes the issue to become worse but I could be mistaken. Again Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

My husband drinks several cups of coffee a day and enjoys the varities of k-cups available. I drink tea or other iced drinks often during the day. We have had no issue switching from coffee to tea or lemonade. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I have been a Keurig user for 5 years and was completely satisfied with my original coffee maker. When I saw the 2.0, I wanted it. I must say it was not much of an upgrade. It is louder and slower than the original Keurig and I was disappointed that all of the features are not yet available. It looks very sleek and stylish and works fine. It is still the most convenient coffeemaker and I use it daily. I wouldn't be without a Keurig.

Cons: Loud, Long Brew Time

I owned one previously to buying this one, and it was just a basic one. Since I bought this one it is way better that my other one but I don't only use it for coffee I use it for tea also and it works great, if interested definitely worth the price

Company did not tell you the coffee you could purchase for this is very limited. Carafe not really 4 cups. Just as easy to brew one at a time. Carafe didn't keep coffee warm. Having to use the special carafe packs. I intended to use my old carafe and this new one (550). Should have kept cups the same as the old brewers.
Cons: Carafe Doesn't Keep It Wa, Small Pot, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Can't Yet Buy Coffee I Us, Not Really 4 Cups
