Love this product! My advice is to make sure you have your brewer on a surge protector! Mine was affected by some power outages and had to call customer service! Take care of it and it will take care of you. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

The only downside to the brewer is that you have to use the Keurig brewed k-cups.

I have it on my desk in my home office, and as a full time student, coffee is essential. The ease of being able to just pop in a KCup and hit a button to get a great cup of coffee makes studying just a little more stress free.

I use this machine daily. I was able to program it to have the water pre-heated during a specific time frame during the day and it is able to brew instantly with no additional heating time again and again. I mainly use it for brewing various teas, lattes, cider, cocoa, and iced drinks. It has a large water tank so its great when you brew regularly. The only draw back for me at the moment is they haven't made the pods to brew pots of tea...they only have them for coffee right now and I'm hoping they make additional options so I can use the carafe. This is a feature I'd like to utilize. It did produce a plastic taste and smell during the first use so I did have to run cleaning cycles before I could use the machine for the first time. Once I did a full cleansing cycle which takes a full resevoir with a little vinegar it's been absolutely perfect ever since. I plan on having this machine for a long time and would recommend it to anyone!!! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

The 2.0 is very versatile. I love that I can brew one cup, or a carafe. So easy to brew the extra cup in the afternoon.
