I love the new K550 but hate the fact it doesn't come with the kcup attachment for ground coffee like my other Keurig. This was not known to me before the purchase.
Pros: Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: Limited Features

Breaking already

WE have only had this machine for about 4 to 6 months and already it is breaking... when you go to brew the coffee it starts out very slow and the coffee comes out even slower... We use reverse osmosis water so I know that is not the issue and the machine is not clogged. Keurig you need to make a machine that works longer than a year! I would love machine that is worry free for at least two! What is worse I know when we call in they are just going to replace it with a new one.. I just want to get up in the morning, make my coffee and go - with no issues from the machine

While the machine is wonderful to have, it is an expensive coffee experience which may limit our usage. Also having to microwave the second or third cup from the carafe is annoying. Wish we had purchased just the cup dispenser and had not opted for the carafe usage.

This is my first Keurig and I couldn't be more pleased. I love my Keurig and how fast it brews my coffee. Maintenance is easy and when it does get slow from having a coffee ground stick, it's an easy fix. I love my Keurig. However, I do wish I could brew my own fresh ground coffee easier.

I only drink 1 cup of coffee so it's so convinent. Bad think that you have to hold the button down to get the whole 6 oz of hot water. Which you could get more than 6 oz of hot water at a time also.
