I am truly impressed with this brewer. We had a K45 system for a few years before the pump went out. I ordered this with points from Club Keurig and paid less for it than what the K300 costs. My wife and I love the style of it, the amount of water the reservoir holds, and the different brew options. The features on the touchscreen are great as well. The light in the reservoir isn't too bright, which is nice, and it can be set to illuminate at set times to be used as a nightlight. We ordered the K550, but the K560 was sent instead with a note telling us that the K560 is the same brewer, there are just more extras in the box. We received the 4 carafe pods but there were 4-12 packs of K-cups giving us an extra 42 K-cups. They included a sampler box, a Donut Shop box, a Newman's own box, and a Green Mountain Breakfast blend. This brewer is quick and quiet, especially compared to the 1.0 brewer. We are extremely happy with this brewer and even more impressed that it was delivered in less than 3 days.

I love being able to switch up the taste (variety) of my coffee cup-by-cup. It is quick and easy to use. If I had one request to make this product better, it would be to reduce the sound as the water is pumped from the reservoir into the brewing system. It's not terrible, but I do wish it were quieter. Other than that, it is an awesome coffee pot and I highly recommend it!! Thank you, Kuerig for the free packs for this review.

This product is great b/c it allows you to use almost any style of K cup. This provides a bigger selection on coffee for you to choose from. I love the different color designs that you can choose from to make the brewer your own. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes coffee.
