This is great when family and friends are here, as we can brew a carafe and not individual cups. Wish some of the Ice Beverage were available to brew in the carafe.

I love my new K550!!! It is just so nice how I can make one k cup (different ounces) or a k carafe. I love making the k carafe for the weekends!! My daughter gets excited about how the lights in the water can change colors. I let her pick the colors of the "night light" in the kitchen every Sunday. :) Just a tad bit on the noisey side when the coffee is brewing but not to big of a deal for me.

This is our second Keurig. Its very user friendly and I like having the option to brew a cup or a carafe. I also enjoy the hot water feature. However, having to hold the button down the entire time to dispense the hot water, and getting no more than a few ounces at a time is the reason I gave 4 stars. Other than that we love our new Keurig!

I believe they fixed issues of the first release coffee maker. Water doesn't enter maker until its making the current cup so its not sitting in the machine creating sediment issues that cause blockage. I like the design is lighter and not has heavy as the first. The color light is fun but not necessary. Wish you had a choice on how much hot water you could dispense. 6 ounces is the only choice for hot water.

This is a quick and easy way to make a beverage. I have purchased a total of three for family members. We find that a lot of the coffee is strong, but we experimented with Central. Cappuccino and hot chocolate are great. Other than the machine being a little noisy, we really like it.
