I didn't like that some of the k-Cups I had purchased earlier would not work in this brewer. They were all purchased from Keurig online.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Durable
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Loud

So great I bought 2!

I really love these machines, I actually ended up purchasing a 2nd for my camper/RV. While the pro's certainly exceed the cons, I did drop 1 star due 2 contributing factors. First one being the machine not coming with an insulated k-crafe, with the one you get the coffee goes cold rather quick which defeats the purpose of the k-crafe. You can however purchase it separately online, I just think with the 550 particularly, the insulated should come with the machine. The other contributing factor was the lack of k-crafe pod selection which really limits this rather important product feature. *Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the 2.0 model. I just wish I had another couple centimeters to fit my travel mug. But I make it work.

I would just like to say that I've never had a better cup of coffee. I use it at home and my employer just bought one so I get to enjoy it at work also. Every cup is always fresh and as the slogan goes, " Good to the last drop." It's so better than making a pot of coffee everyday and it never tasting the same. I also enjoy the carafe. I use the product on a daily basis mutiple times a day. The coffee always taste grand and the speed of brewing is better than any Bunn Coffee maker i have used. I recommend this product highly for anyone who enjoys coffee.
