Dissappointing ... After using this system and reading about the serving temperatures. I purchased a digital thermometer only to find the coffee being brewed at 160 degrees. Not 192 .. I also am disappointed there is no way to brew your own ground coffee..

That doesn't sound right. For K-Cup packs, the brew temperature is set at 193 degrees Fahrenheit. For Vue and K-Carafe packs, the brew temperature is set at 197 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are the highest of any Keurig brewers. If you brew temperature is set only to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739 and they will try to fix this problem.

Keurig has disabled some functionality on this brewer. In order to gain full functionality, this brewer needs to be hacked. The procedure for this can be found on the internet. Once you get the brewer to work the way that you want to, it does make good coffee. Also, its a little loud when its brewing coffee. When I bought this brewer I thought that it would be a nice upgrade, instead it is a downgrade to certain degree.

This is now my 10th Keurig system I have purchased. And it is the worst ever. Can not brew more then 10oz's with the KPod. Very few choices of flavors for the KMug. We are 16oz travel mug users and the machine is basically useless for us. All our previous systems we could brew a 16oz cup from the KPod. I do believe Keurig is just trying to make us pay more money for less KMug pods. This will be going back to Keurig. Guess I need to look for a new brand of system. Sad!!!!!!

purchased this model little over a month ago after my platinum model died. am very disappointed in the brewing temp. does not seem to get hot enough like the platimun model did, I have to heat extra minute in micro wave to get hot enough to last in my mug at work. the platinum model I could also put my mug under the drip spout, this model I can not, so I have to poor from one cup to my mug which creates a mess and takes more time to get my coffee ready to go on the road, then I have another cup to clean. other than that, this model is easy to use and does hold more water.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Does not brew hot enough

Not worth the money & not quick at all

We had the Vue brewer and the cups for that were pricey so we thought this brewer would be great. I like to use a hot water function but this 2.0 550 brewer will only let you get 6oz at a time and you have to stand and hold the button to get it. We have issues with the pressure of the brewer blowing out the K-cups and spewing grounds all over, not fun when waking up and getting your first cup of coffee. I will look into a different model for my camper. I still use the VUE brewer in my office and still love that one just not the option for cups. In my opinion this is not worth the money and is poorly designed. Absolutely would NOT recommend this brewer to anyone

My wife and I are coffee drinkers and were extremely disappointed in this machine. The machine has no temperature control to get hotter and the maintenance is ridiculous too. Poorly built machine. I have the Keurig k65 much better brewer with temperature control.

What a cheap plastic expensive coffee maker

This was the first Keurig I bought. The pods for the carafe are only found online where I live. I must clean it with this bulb looking device sent with no direction on how to use it to clean the pins. Takes way to much time to deal with this. Then when my husband needed to set it to turn on in the am for work, we started to realize that the coffee maker does not keep time. I reset to factory settings, and still does not keep time. I plugged and unplugged, yet still wont keep the time. I will be calling to see if I can return this disappointing purchase. Owned about 3-4 months now.
