Need more cup sizes using the K cup. I use large mugs and have to use .8oz then 6 oz to fill my cup.

My dad is elderly and doesn't get around much; somewhat bedridden. He loves coffee and the ability to make him a good cup of coffee when HE WANTS IT means the world to me. It was worth every penny.

Hi Lin, The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. To ease the transition to 2.0, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739.

I love my Keurig 2.0!

My husband and I use our Keurig 2.0 550 model everyday at home to get our mornings started. We previously had a model K65 that had the ability to schedule time of preheating the water to make our mornings run that much smoother. Plus it had a timed shut off. I love that this model does this as well, especially since our work schedules are so different! I also love all of the different size options. I can enjoy my weekend cup of coffee or get my travel mug set before work with just a push of a button or two! While I enjoy that the 550 has a karafe, I don't like the fact that it doesn't seem very well insulated to keep the coffee hot for very long. Thermos has great technology right now in maintaining the temperature for longer lengths of time. Perhaps Keurig could get together with them on the karafes. I love the instant hot water, it is a nice additional feature to make tea or oatmeal. The only issue is that you do not consistently get the same amount of hot water sometimes you get nothing out. The digital display is nice and easy to use.
