Love my Keurig 2.0

Love the new 2.0-always brews a great cup. The only drawback was it would not brew my in-stock K-Cups that did not have the gray ring (required for the 2.0 to "read" the k-cup to brew to perfection). Called and they did give me a free box to replace the cups that wouldn't brew. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Stylish, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable

I love this Keurig it was a Christmas gift from my daughter!! I'm hooked! I love everything about this, the coffee is so good!! Brews very fast I make coffee all day long. I love the screen it has a timer I can set so it's ready to brew in the morning the water is already hot and ready to go. Very nice looking in my countertop. The family just loves this. The karaf is very nice to make a pot. Just an amazing product. I will definitely have to have one if these machines forever. And I would like to say " thanks so much Keurig for the free packs for writing this review". Totally amazing!!

Love the Keurig 2.0-brews a great cup of coffee every time. The only drawback was that several boxes of my stock of K-Cups did not have the silver ring around the label that the 2.0 requires to "read" the specific k-cup to brew to perfection. Great brewer but not without fault.

I have used the Keurig Brewers for several years now. This most recent one the K550 has more features than I would ever be able to use. It makes a great cup of coffee and does so quickly. However I had bought this one just after Christamas and began having issues with it about a month after. It began shutting itself off during the pre-heating stage. I would then have to return the machine on. It then began not brewing a full cup of coffee and would take a long time to brew a cup. After dealing with this for several weeks, I decided to call Keurig. After about 20 minutes on the phone going through troubleshooting with them they decided the machine was not salvageable and have sent me a new machine. I hope this one holds up longer than the first. I do love the Keurig machines and will most likely stick with them. However I just would like to see a machine that will last for some time. If you are not sure of what machine to go for I would take this one. It has the largest water reservoir out of all the machines and that alone is the sell point for me. The karafe is a nice feature as well that is great for weekends and having guests over. All in all I do recommend these machines to friends and family and even with their faults they still provide a great cup of coffee that makes no mess and no coffee ground waste.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Tempermental
