Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review but I would have reviewed it anyway. Love this machine - easy to use, easy to program and great coffee. Need more decaf carafe options.

The New Keurig 2.0 Brewer

My wife and I are extremely happy with the new Keurig 2.0 Brewer (K550) due to it's simplicity in brewing both single cups and using the carafe. It provides both the ability to make either strong coffee or regular coffee as well as dessert coffee. If there is a drawback to the new 2.0 unit, it is it's inability to use the older K-Cups that do not have the codes written on the top of the K-Cups (but Keurig's Customer Service will help remedy this issue with some replacement coupons for the new K-Cups). Overall, we're very happy with the new Keurig 2.0 brewer. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Cons: Cannot Use Original K-cup

This maker is very easy to use with nice features. The lighting is nice and makes it look classy. The water filter could be designed different as the tabs tend to break. I also wish they would have kept the old cup design so that the old cups could be used in this machine. Other than that it is a fine brewing machine. We bought the K550 to replace our old Keurig that had a broken reservoir( a large glass dish fell on it!). We like the new design better and especially like the carafe feature that is useful when we have company. I like trying the different coffees and teas, great variety, and the hot chocolate is great in winter. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We use this every day. This design seems flimsy compared to the last generations top of the line machine. It's nice to have the carafe option when we have guests.

Upgrade from Vue

Love the strong brew option like we had on our Vue. Improvement over the Vue because we have much more variety to choose from. Only thing I don't like is that with this machine you have to hold down the button to get hot water, didn't have to with my Vue.
