I use this product every day for my morning cup of coffee, but I like the idea of on demand hot water for tea or anything like that. I love how quiet it is I used to have a Keurig coffe maker that was purchased before the quiet brew tech. That was load, this is nothing in compairison. I love it and would buy it again.

My husband and I drink coffee on a daily basis before we go to work! I love flavored coffees, while he loves plain coffee. I really enjoy the coffee with this new coffeemaker. It is easy to use. Looks nice on the counter. Coffee is reasonably priced and my friends like it so much they bought their own, but they still come over for coffee or tea frequently. Thanks Kerirg for the free coffee

I LOVE my Keurig! It is well-used daily by almost the entire family. We each have our favorite types of drinks...iced coffee, regular coffee, apple cider and hot chocolate. Enjoy being able to select different coffee flavors and types of drinks each time. It is just a little loud when you brew a cup, especially when everyone is still asleep in the morning, but still worth it! I tell everyone that it is by far the best present I ever received! And Thanks, Keurig, for the FREE packs for this review!! Their shipping is always fast and accurate!

Love it! (With some caveats)

This is our second Keurig brewer. Was not happy that we could not brew old K Cups, but Youtube proved otherwise. Love the large capacity water reservoir. Don't like the fact that I have to press and hold the brew button for hot water, and that it only dispenses 6 oz. at a time. I have found a conflict with the timer and energy saver features. We like to set the brewer to come on at 5:30 a.m. and turn off at 9 a.m.. I set the energy saver feature to turn off after 2 hours if we want to manually turn on the brewer outside of the timer window. I noticed that the brewer would not come on several mornings in a row so I called Customer Service and they told me I had to deactivate the energy saver feature. This didn't make sense to me since I could use both features on my old brewer. Other than that, we are pleased with the overall look of the brewer, and the fact that we can brew a carafe as well.
