I love that coffee is always available in just minutes. I wish that the hot water request did not automatically come on after each use. When you do need hot water- must use twice to get sufficient quantity . Do like the lighting feature. It is not loud. Don't believe I can go back to an old coffee pot.

Wish I bought one sooner

The unit works for my husband and I since we don't drink coffee at the same time. I used to drink warmed up coffee. We had a problem with the unit and I called customer service. I got a live person who walked me through how to clean out the clog. She gave us suggestions on how to keep it clean. I wish you did not have to hold the button down to get hot water. I like the ability to choose an 8 or 10 oz cup of coffee or a caraffe. I also like the wide variety of coffees available. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review" and the great coffee maker. So far, I haven't found anything about my Keurig I don't like.
