Use my keurig 550 several times a day. I love that I can brew different flavors of coffee or tea and the hot chocolate is great too. Grandkids love it and make good use of it when they are here too. I have to do a 10oz and a 4oz setting to get a full cup on coffee and tea, so I do wish it had a larger setting for ozs.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Durable, Large Pot
Cons: Need To Brew More 16oz

My time is limited in the morning, but the Keurig brews a perfect cup of coffee almost instantly and there is never a messy cleanup as there was when I used a french press. Keurig is simple, effective and reliable. I have no complaints about it nor any suggestions of how it could be improved.

Good, Quick, Coffee Maker

Our old Keurig finally died, so we picked up a new 2.0 K560 at a major warehouse chain. We love the Carafe option, its great on weekends. The speed of the machine makes it perfect to get a cup to-go on workdays. The larger water reservoir is great when you drink as much coffee as we do. And it doesnt take up as much counter-space as we thought it would, about the same as my toaster. Be aware, only newer, specially marked K-cups will work with the 2.0 system. A bit surprising because it didn't state that clearly on the outside of the box. A simple, straight-forward disclosure on the box would reduce dissatisfaction among the customers. I registered our brewer with Keurig and then called their special 'oops' hotline (in the documentation). They gave us a coupon for free replacements to our exsting genuine k-cups that didnt have the proper markings. The coupon is valid through Keuring's website only. This is fine since most everything we had is up on the site anyway. I give kudos to Keurig's customer Service. On the Con side: the cup sizes are kind of small, and the larger k-cup sizes mentioned in the manual are not yet available. The user-interface needs more refining, especially with memory settings (example: we always use the 10-oz setting. having the option to change this to our default would be nice). Overall, a good cofee maker. Thanks, Keuring, for the free packs for this review.

I drink A lot of coffee and the large reservoir means less time spent refilling with water. This brewer gets hotter than my old one and brings out the flavor better. The light is bright enough that when it comes on at 4:30 in the morning I do not stumble blindly into A dark kitchen. The best brewer I have owned by far at this point. I use my Keurig every day. I have purchased other machines before and really wish I would have just purchased the Keurig first. The water is hot. The variety of drinks is endless - who would think Hot Apple Cider could taste so good. I love my Keurig and I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect for our small office!

Our Keurig is used in a small office (~6 coffee drinkers). We love the flexibility of the individual & carafe brew options. We don't like that we haven't been able to use our own ground coffee mixes; this brewer doesn't recognize reusable cups. It only recognizes and reads Keurig branded k-kups. Hello, thanks for letting us know.The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern.
