Great brewing system for active seniors

Being able to program on & off is a great feature - our favorite Green Mountain coffee is ready first thing in the morning. The reservoir allows for a convenient 2nd cup. I set it for 10 oz and my wife slips her cup in to top hers off.
Pros: Love The Pre-heat Feature, Love 10 Oz Selection, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Good Reservoir Capacity, Stylish, Pre-programming Is Great, Easy To Refill Reservoir, Easy to use

Love the 2.0!

I love Keurig, and this is my third brewer. The others are still going strong after years of daily use in small offices. I upgraded to this machine to have the option of the carafe when I have company over, and I love this feature. In addition to the quality and convenience I have come to expect from Keurig, I love the descaling and filter change reminders.

Brews coffee fast and hot. The only con is that I can't fine a brew basket that fits the new 2.0 Brewing Systems so I can use my own loose coffee :(

Hi There, The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern.

Big on style, short on function

We bought this machine to replace our previous Keurig model which became defective after 2 years. This machine is very attractive and has many options to customize the display. However, beverages could dispense hotter and i miss the hot water volume presets. The display clock also does not remain accurate. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!
