Love Our Keurig!

When we got the new 2.0 model, it was an upgrade from an older machine (which still worked several years later). It was set up and we had our first cup of coffee in minutes! The settings were simple to set to our liking, and I love that the lid for the water tank will stay open while I'm adding water. We've had great luck brewing coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more! I use it several times a day for myself, and then we tend to use the carafe on the weekends. I'd definitely recommend the new 2.0 to my friends and family, and I look forward to new product lines coming out! Thanks Keurig for the free packs in exchange for my honest review!

Replacement for Breville brewer

My only complaint with the Keurig Breville was the noise. Well made, solid, attractive machine. Bought the 550 as a quieter replacement. It is quieter and works as advertised. Larger caraffe is nice. Only dissappointment is the build quality is not up to the Breville. Not a deal breaker, but dissappointing.
Pros: Large Pot, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Less Quality Than Brevill

Not what I thought it would be

I love the keurig products, but this 2.0 was purchased for my anniversary and we are not as happy with it as we were with the previous one, the hot water setting was great and the coffee did not splatter as the coffee is coming out.
Pros: Brews quickly, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, Splatters To Much, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I am enjoying the new Keurig K550 machine overall. A few things that I like better about my older machine were that it seemed to brew faster and fill my cup up more. Even though I have it on the 10 ounce setting, it doesn't seem like a full cup. Overall, I would recommend the machine to someone who is looking into getting one. A little disappointed

I have had a Keurig for about 8 years now. I had a single serve then upgraded to another brewer. I liked it so much that I decided to purchase the 2.0 and I am disappointed overall. I feel like it takes forever to warm in the morning, it takes longer to brew and the karafe that they give you....when I am trying to brew 4 plus cups, only part of the water comes out. I am not sure if my brewer is faulty. Also, when I want just water, I have to actually stand beside the brewer and hold the button down. It was not this way with my other brewer. I love Keurig, but wish I would have stayed with my older brewer. :( I do want to say, Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Take A Long Time To Warm, Long Brew Time

I do love the new touch screen display and the carafe option. I do miss the option for travel mug sized cup. It isn't hard to make a carafe and fill the mug but then I feel like I'm wasting a little coffee, that is my only real complaint. I'm extremely happy otherwise and I loved being given free replacements for the boxes I already had that didn't work in the new brewer!
