Great product! Being the only coffee drinker in the house it's so convenient!! A great cup of coffee in seconds whenever you want. I only hope the unit holds up, touch pad seems to randomly pull up commands such as hot water dispense after brewing a K-cup. Not sure if the touch pad is having issues or not.... Bravo for an exceptional brewer

During my travels worldwide I experienced some of the finest coffees in the world and soon became a true coffee aficionado. After much research I decided to purchase a K79 machine direct from Keurig/Green Mountain a little more than a year ago. The machine was wonderful and the coffee selection, quality and service have been nothing but excellent. The only drawback was that making a thermos of coffee during the week was time consuming and inconvenient. When the new 2.0 system came out it resolved the only issue I had with the previous machine. Bravo for an innovative and exceptional design, I love it! Now I have the option of making a single cup of excellent coffee or a carafe to fill my thermos for those days I am in the field. Additionally, being a big time Keurig Club member and using my accumulated points I was able to purchase the new system for an unbelievable price. The only suggestions I have for improvement would be to add a removable drip pan base (I'm an engineer so I made my own). Water metering does not seem as accurate as my previous machine so it would be a nice feature if you added an adjustment to tweak the fluid levels in a bit. Lastly, a heated carafe that plugged into the base would be a very nice feature, it would eliminate having to preheat the carafe with hot water. I would and have recommended this system and Keurig/Green Mountain to a number of people many of which have since purchased systems and are as pleased as I am with it. Great job on the new design and I look forward to future designs, systems and coffees that you come out with. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love this machine. I use it everyday and the coffee always turns exactly the way I like it. Its easy to use and I always have time to brew a cup even when I'm on the run and I never have anything leftover that goes to waste.

Problems with Carafe

It is expensive to use on an everyday basis. Carafe is difficult to work with and doesn't keep the coffee warm for long. Good for a quick cup when a pot isn't needed.

I love the fact that Imdont have to refill the water tank as often. It looks great on my counter top. I do not like the frequency of which I have to clean the top needles.
