My wife and I use it for at least I cup each daily. The things I like about it are it's very convenient to use and there is no mess. Also I can brew a carafe if I want Things I don't like are you can only use certain brands and no refillable cups yet. Hope that changes Keurig.

Switched from the Vue to the K550 and love it. It's easy to use and fast. So many choices of products and options for brewing. Used the Vue intermittently use the K550 all day long.

Brew a cup or a carafe

I bought my Keurig 2.0 K550 after already owning the Keurig Mini. I wanted to upgrade to a newer model and was interested in being able to brew more than one cup of coffee with the carafe feature. This is one the the major advantages of this brewer compared to other models. I like the variety and versatility where there are so many options of flavors, amounts and brew strengths. My only negative opinion is that the carafe isn't really the amount of a regular coffee pot it is really more like two average cups of coffee. Also, the price for the carafe K-Cups are very expensive in most stores. Other than that I am happy and satisfied with my decision to purchase the Keurig 2.0 and would recommend this brewer. Loved the Old One, Hate the New One

My wife and I drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee together every morning and 4 to 6 cups of decaf tea in the evening. Our son gave us this 550 for Christmas and I gave our old one (which worked great) to my parents. I made one cup of coffee, when I went to make the second cup, it was clogged. I call the Keurig Help Line and they knew exactly what to do. It must have been a common question. She had me straighten a paper clip and push it up inside the water inlet needle. The paper clip has never left the Keurig. I have to use it several times a week. If my wife wants coffee and it is clogged, she must wait until I get home. This Keurig drips after each cup. It also drips when preheating. All the dripping fills the waste tray which often has to be emptied several times a day, depending on use. The 6 oz. limit on the hot water is really frustrating when usually you need 8 or 10. You have to stand and wait for the water to preheat. Why not a 12 oz. limit? I have not figured out how to change over to the Carafe although I have tried half a dozen times. I know you have to remove the inner insert but as much as I try it will not come out. If this was not a gift, it would have been in the garbage weeks ago. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review. Sorry, but you said to be honest.

We use our Keurig 2.0 550 everyday! Great variety of coffee types & flavors to choose from. We also enjoy the hot chocolate, tea, & apple cider. I have owned this brewer for 3 months and it's The best coffee maker I have ever owned. I was skeptical prior to my purchase having purchased other pod and disc brewers and finding they brewed sub par coffee. There is a great selection of coffee available and this brews awesome coffee. It is fast and has simplified my mornings. I have purchased 2 more Brewers, one as a gift and the other for the office. I would highly recommend the K550 to anyone.
