Had a problem with clock and heating, Keurig was so great about it sent out a new one right away . Got it in two days. Happy Happy Happy !!!! If you do have a problem they help you right away. I do like it a lot THANK YOU KEURIG!!

This is the second Keurig brewer we have purchased. The first one lasted 9 years of steady use throughout the day. When this one goes, we will by another one. We like single cup freshness. Giving only 4 stars because we cannot use our own coffee as we could in the first one. Not a very nice thing to do, Keurig!!

My new Keurig 550

The machine gets used by my entire family. My 8 year old daughter loves making coffe for me and her own hot cocoa! Over all the device is super easy to use. It is a little pricier than buying bulk coffee the convenience to me is worth it! I love the ability to use a carafe in my machine and I would recommend the 550 for its tank size. I use a separate frother for when I want the latte style drinks and it's perfect! I make iced tea in the carafe and it keeps cold. I invested in the thermal insulated carafe too. There are quite a number of k cups that are now designed with the 2.0 system and I am never left disappointed with the variety. Great job Keurig!
