I love this product. I keep saying to myself what took me so long to buy one. It is so convenient and I can have a multiple selection of K cups to choose from. I have so many K cups I have devoted one of my kitchen cabinets to nothing but K cups. I will always have one of these Keurigs!!!!

Easy but too many bugs

This is my fourth machine and I want to love it. But I can't. The hot water button rarely dispenses more than an ounce. I don't always want to brew coffee and you would expect a function to work. But it doesn't and it's really annoying! I like the first generation machines better.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Uses All Cups
Cons: Malfunctioning Hot Water, Complicated Controls
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used a platinum brewer since 2012. We love it. We used the 12 ounce setting. Our new 2.0 ha 4,6,8, and 10 ounce settings. Doesn't fill our cups unless we double brew 8 then 4 ounces. Otherwise I think we'll love it.

The only negative comment is the difficulty in removing the base plate from the filter unit to replace the filter. The press tabs are almost impossible to depress.
