For those who don't know, Keurig made these brewers to prevent use of non-keurig-branded K-cups. It has a camera that reads the top of the lid of the K-cups and WILL NOT BREW if it doesn't see their logo. The "error" message states that the cup "wasn't designed for this brewer", when what it means is "Keurig didn't license this K-cup and I won't brew it." Also, you can't brew with the reusable filters anymore. I am a loyal customer and have always purchased K-cups from Keurig; I used only a little of my points to get 50% off this brewer (which is an awesome discount), but am considering returning it to buy a competitor's model. These restrictions are ridiculous. I shouldn't have to modify a machine to make it do what it was supposed to do in the first place. If keurig needs to put expensive (and easily defeated) mechanisms on their equipment that are anti-competitive to ensure a profit margin, then maybe their business model needs to be changed. I am disappointed, Keurig.

I bought a Vue for work and it has done well for us, so I bought the 2.0 for home and I love it, makes a good cup of coffee and so easy to use.

Nice to set the alarm and the water is hot and ready to brew when i wake up, the options of cup size and strength of brew give many options to please every coffee drinker in house hold. At gatherings never a issue to say i can brew a pot, for just at a push of the button you have a fresh cup at your finger tips.

K550 - Worth it!

We finally gave in to spending a little more each month in coffee in order to get a consistent cup. The K550 delivers on all fronts and my wife and I love the flexibility in being able to brew different kinds of coffee vs. a single compromised pot. The 550 is definitely worth the extra in order to get the larger reservoir. Our complaints are minor and include the auto-on capability fails to actually come on once every 2 or 3 weeks, and when the auto off feature is enabled, the off button on the screen does not work. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I am in love with this coffee brewer, been using the traditional coffee maker for years and finally decided to switch last year and so far I'm loving it - always tastes freshly brewed and it's so fast to make one cup for myself! Perfect for the office or when you feel like making a cup for yourself. Only small complaint is that it's a bit loud especially when you're brewing in the wee hours of the morning before the gym and everyone's asleep. But overall, perfect product!

Coffee Brewing Made Simple!!!

My husband and I graduated from a Grind & Brew Coffee Maker to our Keurig 2.0. Cleaning our Grind & Brew became a pain and we just needed something easier in our busy lives. We've loved our Keurig 2.0 and the coffee options available to us. My only wish is that we were able to utilize all the options / features that the 2.0 has. I know it's capable of so much more but we are limited to the smaller k-cups. It makes brewing a travel mug of coffee a bit difficult when you can only do 10 oz. at a time. Looking forward to more options when it comes to k-cup size without having to make a carafe. Speaking of the carafe... we rarely use it. Rather we just brew the individual k-cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The reason I enjoy my Keurig is that I am the only one in our home who drinks coffee. It is nice and convenient to be able to make either a cup at a time or a pot full so I can take it to work.
