I love the new design. Very easy to use. Brews hot coffee. I like how the bottom of the k cup holder is fixed, and doesn't open downward while placing the k cup in the holder, like in my old platinum machine. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

K550 Brewing System Best Yet

Having excellent coffee is important to me, and Keurig has always been able to deliver. The k550 2.0 system is superior to all of my pervious machines. Cup after cup, it brews excellent coffee consistently. Three things I like best about the K550 are: 1) great water capacity. 2) no loud buzzing. More like a gentle version of a small steam powered boat whuffing up the lake. 3) when I want a tiny cup of concentrated flavor with a great mouthfeel quickly, I don't need to wait for my espresso machine to fire up. I just pop in a LavAzza Perfetto a Espresso Roast KCup and brew it on the 4oz setting. Yeah, like that! Really enjoying this machine. Thanks Keurig, for the packs for this review.

My Morning Starts Off With My Keurig 2.0

Last November my long time pal, my old Keurig went belly up. I was devastated. How could I begin my morning without the pleasing gurgle of my K-Cup greeting me? Well, after reading about my distress on social media, my family all the way across the country sent me a surprise gift. This gorgeous Keurig 2.0 K550. I love this machine. It has simple, easy to use controls on the colored touch screen so I immediately set it up to turn on automatically at 6:30am every day and have my water ready. Then it turns itself off a 8am. No wasted power here! So here's the lowdown on this nifty new morning saver: * It brews extremely quickly. Even on mornings when we're in a rush, we have time to grab a quick cup. * It's simple to use! We had it figured out minutes after setting it up. The controls are intuitive and easy to understand. * The carafe is amazing for Sunday mornings. One brew and we're set. * It just looks so sleek! The multiple light color settings for the water tank were a nice touch. Now for a few minor gripes: * I was a little put off at first when I realized that several of my existing K-Cups couldn't be used on the Keurig 2.0. Oh well, they were about to expire anyway. * I would have liked to have a couple of larger cup size options. I drink a big cup of coffee every morning, so for me it's a 10oz followed by a 4oz that nearly fills my cup to the brim. A 12oz option would've been great! (Like I said, minor gripes.) * There aren't nearly enough flavors for the carafe yet! I prefer coffee and my fiance prefers tea. We usually just brew up a carafe of French Vanilla, but she'd be thrilled if there was a carafe sized hot tea offering. I'm sure they'll be available someday. That's about it. I truly enjoy my Keurig 2.0 and I think it's a fantastic upgrade from my older model. I would recommend the 2.0 to anyone who is interested in trying a new Keurig or upgrading from their current machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love how easy it is to use. Also the variety of coffees is great. I don't like that it sometimes splashes a little outside of cup. Also, cups need to be bigger in size. The K cups do not make enough for a regular size cup. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
