I had a keurig platinum Brewer and when I saw this one I had to have it because of the ability to brew a carafe which makes it more versatile. I was a little disappointed about not being able to use my old k cups as they weren't compatible with this new brewer but it wasn't a huge deal as I used my platinum to finish the old ones before giving it to a family member. My only issue is I feel like I have to fill the water reservoir a lot. It's great anytime I decide to have a cup of coffee I can enjoy it within a minute. I enjoy the large variety of k cups keurig has as well. I have had the Brewer for about 6 months and so far have no complaints or issues with it whether brewing one cup or a carafe. I did purchase the stainless carafe because I felt the coffee didn't stay hot very long in the included carafe. Overall am very pleased with the purchase. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

What was I missing? I was missing out on a GREAT coffee maker. I have always had a typical coffee maker. My friend insisted I buy a Keurig. I am so thankful she did. I absolutely love my Keurig. I love that it's so quick, I love that I can try a different variety of coffee every time I drink. The only complaint I have is the cleaning. It takes a long time. But all in all it definitely gets 2 coffee mugs up from me

I love this machine wether we are making a single cup or a carafe. After using this machine, I will never go back to an ordinary coffee maker.

I Love my new brewer! I had one of the original Keurig coffee makers when they first came out. I had it for almost 10 years and never had any problems. When I saw the 2.0 550 I knew it was time to upgrade. I like the fact you have 4 brewing sizes. It's so nice coming down in the morning and it's on and ready to go. I really like how stylish it looks. Well worth the money.

I received this coffee maker as a gift from Keurig. I use this coffee maker everyday. I love being able to have a cup of hot coffee or flavored coffee within seconds regardless of day or night. I don't have to make a whole pot for one cup of coffee. I love my coffee extra bold / dark roast. Someone else likes a lighter version. The coffee is a little expensive but its worth it for the convenience.

This coffee maker is too expensive in initial cost and certainly in cost to use. It's very disappointing that Keurig decided to incorporate the DRM which is probably my biggest issue. I would not have purchased this machine had I realized up front I'd not be able to use my own ground coffee as in past models. It makes good coffee but so do many machines for far less money. I actually had to take my original purchase back to the store because it leaked water all over my counter. I've additionally purchased a thermal carafe as the one that comes with the machine does not keep coffee hot (useless). Why Keurig didn't just include this to begin with is beyond me. My wife and I are fairly heavy coffee drinkers and see this machine better suited for the person who likes the occasional cup of coffee. It's also annoying that there's no "strong" option when brewing a carafe. Overall quite a let down. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review".

Use this product daily at home. Love the stylish new look, and the ability to change the color of the lights and screen. So far I have no complaints about the brewer other than I wish I had the option to over-ride the brew controls. I wish I could select the "strong" brew option for coffee and make a 12 oz cup like I used to on my Vue. Now I have to brew a "strong" 10 oz cup and an additional 4 oz cup using the same K-cup which is not convenient. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
