I am enjoying my new Keurig! I love the carafe! The thermal one helps it stay warm longer as I drink the whole pot myself! Also the kids have a ball changing the display for the different holidays! "Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review"! I am loving coffee even more! Thanks, Kelly

Poor design, the hotwater fill needle constantly clogs with coffee grounds, keep a paper clip handy to clear the outlet.

10 oz cup?

I replaced my Keurig VUE because it was getting hard to find a good variety of coffee for it. I loved the Vue because I could brew a 16oz cup on one pod. That is not the case with the 2.0 but what do I do? Other than that I enjoy my new Keurig 2.0.

I have gone back to using my platinum plus machine. THe family did not like the 2.0 at all. Could nit get a 12 ounce of hot water as in the platinum. Too loud. Took lo time to brew and was not hot.

I purchased the Keurig 2.0 after using my daughters for a few months (lived with me temporarily). I was not expecting to like it as the few times I had coffee made from a Keurigs in the past I had found the coffee weak and bitter. I've come to really enjoy the convenience and variety of the Keurig 2.0 and surprising the flavor of the coffee has been great. I have the Keurig 2.0 560. It is my second one. The water pump on the first one stopped working after 2 months. I think it was defective. I use my Keurig 2.0 4-10 times a day, with soft water and clean it frequently. I find the coffee is not as hot as the first generation of Keurig, the coffee splashes all around when it is dispensed and I miss the 12 ounce selection. I like having the auto on and off feature. There are enough choices in brew strength and serving sizes to make everyone in my family happy. I don't miss the make your own dispenser, since I could never seem to get a good cup of coffee from it. Using k-cups can get quite expensive though, and right now, I'm able to afford it, but I can see a time where I might have to go back to a drip coffee maker. I also don't like all the land fill waste I create with the k-cups.

Nice Personal Coffee Maker

I love this product. My wife got it for me for Christmas, and I've been using it everyday, all day, ever since. It blew the coffee very nicely and hot, and it's also easy to add water and to clean. The only thing I wish Keurig will improve is the amount of hot water you can boil. It's limited to 6 ounces, and when you are making a hot tea with non-Keurig tea bags, it always end up a little short of making a full cup. I wish they will increase the amount to at least 8 ounces. Anyway, over all, I love this coffee maker! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
