The ready hot feature is really nice. The brewing process merely takes seconds. Use it every morning and it saves me a lot of time compare to the old fashion drip coffee maker. The ambient lighting and the ability to select the color of that lighting make this unit look more upscale. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Overall I love my machine but it needs some tweeking. I believe Keurig is taking action on improvements with kcups. Also I drink tea and hot water output is inconsistent and I don't like that you have to hold the button down. I wish I could use any kcup brand I want.

The Keurig 2.0 is a beautiful brewing system that lives up to the hipe! I have had the keurig in each of its forms and this is the most stylish and easy to use! I love the karafe, the color enhancements, and personalized brewing. I love it! I would also like to say thank you to Keurig for the free packs for doing this review! :)

It is great to have the option to brew a cup or a carafe. It is wonderful to have the larger reservoir. The only real problem is that it does make a lot of noise when it brews, but it is worth it for the final product.

We had both the K and the Vue Keurig brewing system sitting on our kitchen counter. Since you can use both the K and the vue pods in the 2.0, we decided to try it with hopes we could eliminate having 2 Keurigs cluttering up the kitchen. The new 2.0 is slimmer so it takes up less space. I love the fact you can adjust the strength of the coffee, like my old Vue, but I am missing the water temperature setting. My old K brewer allowed me to brew a 12 oz. cup of coffee. The K550 doesn't but I just brew a strong 6 oz. twice so all is good. I don't have any issues with the vue cups while using this machine. It still allows me to brew my normal 14 oz. cup. I don't use it for tea or hot coco and I hate to admit this, but we still haven't brewed a pot yet so I can't comment on those. I know we were looking for more kitchen space, but we decided to keep our K brewing system out so we can brew fresh ground coffee if we choose to do so. Over all we love the 2.0 K550! While I use it primarily for single K-cup brewing, I find that the K-carafe cups are also of value. I have used it for after dinner coffee more often than I thought I would. The only negative that I have found is the lack of color choices for the water reservoir. It would be nice if they matched up with the rest of the color choices for the screen. Convenience at it's finest

We received the Keurig as a gift from my Dad as a housewarming present. We were happy with our grind-and-brew system we had going on. It's super convenient and pretty easy to use, but feel wasteful using it and am not pleased with the magnetic ring around the K-Cup that forces you to use only their K-Cups. This keeps me from using my own brew with the little brew cups. On a plus side, the K-Cups are always consistent. The coffee always tastes the same and it's pretty smooth. The coffee never tastes burnt which is a big plus. Overall, it's a great convenience but the jury is still out on whether or not I'd rave about this to my friends. I love the variety of coffees to try. Fun to treat friends, or just us, to so many choices of coffees, teas, and fun beverages. I love to experiment - 6 ounce or 8 ounce, strong or regular, flavors or espresso, coffee or tea or lattes & more! We used a grind and brew coffeemaker with whole beans. This Keurig has enriched our coffee drinking experience even more, a gift from our nephew when he saw how much his Keurig pleased even two coffee snobs.
