Love improved coffee strength

I do not use the pot feature very often as the coffee does not stay hot and the selection of coffees are currently limited. We do like that the coffee is stronger and a bit hotter when you make an individual cup compared to our older version. Overall a better product. Wish the hot water feature gave a full 8 oz cup for tea. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great Brewer! Best one yet... few issues

This brewer is one of the better ones Keurig offers. It fast and easy to use. I only have a few small problems. It does not keep the time correctly. I don't know why. I have reset the time multiple times and its always ahead. I've given up on that. I wish there was a slightly larger brew setting (not for carafe). I feel like the previous model have a 12 or 14oz. Overall, the brewer is fantastic.

We use our new 2.0 Brewer everyday, sometimes multiple times during the day. It brews a great cup of coffee quietly and in a short length of time. Also, like the look, night light, and the ease of using different size cups for tea and hot chocolate.

This replaced a "traditional" coffee pot that is very heavily used in our house. I have steered away from Keurig prior to the 2.0 model because I drink a pot of coffee every morning during the week and several on the weekends. I've been happy with my choice, but you MUST replace the included plastic carafe with the steel one to ensure your coffee stays hot. I personally would have liked to seen a larger pot, but I'm sure it is fine for many. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

I use my Keurig in my office for hot tea and cocoa. While I love the machine itself, there aren't many choices of hot cocoa and I have not found any in the carafe size. I am not a coffee drinker, but drink hot tea even in the summer. Several of my coworkers have enjoyed using my Keurig also. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We had our other machine since 7/2011 (Still works but wanted a upgrade) and with all of the new features we knew we had to get a new machine ASAP. The filter is awesome and we save so much time not having to fill up our pitcher water filtration system. Coffee is made quicker and we love the LCD screen.
