I use this machine Monday - Friday for my daily morning cup of coffee right before heading to work. I also enjoy it during the weekends as I can drink my coffee at a slower pace.

I use my 2.0 550 everyday to make 2 14 ounce cups ,love the feature of selecting different cup sizes and different coffee strength.hope this one lasts the first one only made 3 cups and had to be sent back , but keurig support was very nice and helpful and I got a new one in a couple of days, so far I've had no problems with the new one. Thank you keurig support !

I had three defective ones before getting one that worked correctly. Love the option of a single cup, carafe or vue cup. The carafe won't keep coffee hot, so you have to buy the stainless steel one. Nether brew temperature is not adjustable like in previous machines and just isn't hit enough. The 2.0 needs some improvements. Thanks keurig for the free packs for my review.

Keurig 2.0 is a perfect fit for everyone

I am a coffee aficionado, or some might say a coffee snob. I have been drinking coffee for 41 years and know what I like. I drink regular black coffee; no cream or sugar, and no flavor coffee. My wife, daughters, and a grandson prefer flavored coffee and this is where the Keurig 2.0 makes life easier. I love my coffee strong and the strong setting on the Keurig 2.0 is magic. When the family gets together and people want their flavored coffee, the Keurig 2.0 rises to the occasion. I will use the carafe to make them their flavored coffee. This not only provides them with their coffee, but it also saves time since I don't have to make individual cups. The carafe function also frees up the Keurig 2.0 for my strong, bold coffee. It is my goal to try all of the regular K-Cups out there. Thank you Keurig for the free coffee.

Unit is a GREAT machine the new pump is a little loud and you are only able to get 6 oz of hot water at a time when not using a pod but overall the best machine Keurig has came out with yet !!! Thank you, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

As a non-coffee drinker, I love this machine. I can serve the Coffee Aficionados in my life and there are many who drop by regularly the type of coffee they most enjoy. The coffee is hot and fresh. For myself, I can enjoy the hot beverages I savor - chai tea latte, cocoa, hot cider. It even takes care of my tea drinking friends! Love it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Put a kcup or carafe cup in, push 1 or 2 buttons and your beverage is brewing. What could be simpler? From that 1st cup of coffee in the morning to that last cup of tea at bed-time, our machine gets used all day long. You can even program it so you'll have freshly brewed coffee ready when you wake up. The machine will only accept 2.0 kcups or Carafe cups. But there's a very large selection of beverages to select from! It 's fun and satisfying being able to have a different flavor beverage with each cup.
