Good Brewer Overall

This is a great brewer with plenty of customization options. It has an auto shut off which is great for busy mornings. With both a "strong brew" setting and a hot chocolate option, it makes it a usable appliance for everyone in the household. It also has a carafe, so it's great for when company stops in. It's a great looking appliance and it looks stylish sitting out in the open. It even allows you to change the color of the light in the chamber! I am pleased with the functionality of this product as well. Once I turn my brewer on, it is ready to go in just a couple of minutes. The water temperature is 190 degrees coming out of the nozzle. It has a large reservoir so I'm not stuck constantly refilling it. Really, the only thing I'd like to see is more cup size options. Overall, this is a great brewer and I have had no problems with it. I would definitely recommend it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review, but we find the 2.0 to be inferior to the Vue. We are twice-a-day drinkers. Since there is no temperature adjustment, we need to preheat the cups, and it is inconvient to hold down the button, then get only 6 oz. It is slow, noisy, dribbles a lot, and is constantly preheating. The carafe is too small. Its only advantage is a wider choice in coffees than the Vue.

The new Keurig 2.0 brewer is a quality brewer with multiple options, but it comes with a few minor inconveniences. Overall I am more than satisfied with the brewer. After owning the older Elite Keurig brewer and upgrading after the 4 year lifespan the Elite provided, the 2.0 is a welcomed change. The ability to tailor your coffee experience with a wide variety of sizes and brews is a very useful and paramount attribute for modern day coffee drinking. The brewer also maintains the relatively expedient brew time that past Keurig brewers are known for. The addition of the carafe also allows the ability to brew an entire pot of coffee for those long work days or study sessions. However the brewer has a few issues, and while they do not detract from the overall product, they can be a slight inconvenience at times. First is that the brewer has a new Keurig only K-cup sensor, which only allows those K-cup companies who have licensed through Keurig to work with the 2.0 brewer. This can be a pain, especially if you like a particular company's coffee taste that isn't Keurig licensed, if you prefer to buy only eco-friendly K-cups, or if you mass purchased a plethora of licensed K-cups for an old brewer, only to find out they will no longer work with the 2.0 brewer. The second issue is the splashing of coffee while brewing. This issue does not occur when brewing a carafe due to the ability of the carafe to fit snuggly into the dispenser area, however whenever you try to brew just a single cup of coffee, you will find that the coffee will be dispensed in such a way that causes splashing onto both the brewer and the counter surface at times. Overall the 2.0 is a quality coffee brewer with a few minor issues. These minor issues are only a small detractor from the quality of the product, but should be mentioned. I am more than proud of my 2.0 brewer purchase and would recommend it to a friend. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Nothing really special about this than older models which I like more. It comes with the carafe but seriously how often will one use it AND it is plastic & you have to upgrade to get the steel one which keeps it hot. So not worth the expense of these newer models.

I would not be surprised if I wear this out. I recieved my 2.0 as a Christmas gift and it has to be the best gift I have ever recieved. It is fast and conveniant to use. I have retired my Mr. Coffee maker. I just placed another order of K Cups today and cannot wait to get them and try the new flavors. "Thanks, Keruig, for the freepacks for review".
