Let's face it, the only reason that Keurig moved to 2.0 was so they could keep margins after their patent expired. So, instead of dealing with their network of branded suppliers, they put the burden on consumers to have to replace all their old pods. A major hassle. So we get a pretty screen, but the brewer seems slower, and you can't get a 12 oz cup. All in all, a big win for Keurig and a headache for consumers. Stick with your old brewers if you have them. Glad we waited for the 2.0 brewer

We seemed like the last people to be without a Keurig - and then 2.0 came out. Now we're at the front of the line. Everyone in the family uses this machine on a daily basis, from regular coffee and tea (wife), to pumpkin spice (daughter) and to dark roast (me). Very happy. I purchased the top-of-the-line Keurig for my wife as a Christmas gift. She had always made a pot of name brand breakfast blend coffee and add her favorite flavored creamer. I knew this would be a change for her and us. I don't think we will ever go back! We love trying different coffees in search of our favorites. It's so easy to use and we no longer waste the pot of unused coffee. We are anxiously awaiting for large serving capabilities so we can use our to-go mugs. We are a family of 4 and we all use this brewer throughout the day. It is great for making a variety of different beverages. Some people complain that the old K-Cups don't work but this is because the new brewer has new technology to help determine what you are brewing! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love my Keurig 2.0 550 I like the different settings and the brew sizes. I use it multiple times per day for hot/cold drinks and oatmeal. too. I really enjoy my coffee maker but I gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. #1 Coffee only stays hot for about 20 minutes in the brew pot and #2 coffee sometimes gets trapped when it is making coffee and I have to clean it out with a safety pin. :-( Regardless, I really do love my 550!! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs with this review!!
