This is the best coffee maker to brew a single cup or a pot. Very easy to clean, operate, with a large variety of different types of coffee and tea. I have bought my daughter the same model who absolutely loves her machine as well!

I love my Keurig 2.0 K550!! Before this I had the Keurig Vue. I love that you can get hot water on demand and make a pot of coffee if you choose. I wish it had the option to make 12 or 16 oz coffee selections. Once you go Keurig you will never go back to the standard coffee maker!

I like that I can program the brewer to save energy by not heating the water all the time, and can program it to be ready for me in the morning when I want my coffee. I wish it didn't take up so much real estate on my counter. I hope it lasts longer than my last Keurig (18 months). Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

We received this as a Christmas gift. We love how it offers multiple options for brewing - both single serving and a pot (carafe). We also like how there are many beverage options compatible with the Keurig system, it's fun to try new flavors. Haven't owned it long enough to comment on ease of cleaning or maintenance. The only negative we have found is that the carafe does not keep the coffee hot as long as our old coffee maker. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My husband and I received the Keurig 2.0 as a gift. I don't think we'll ever return to a regular coffee pot after using this brewing system! We love how there are multiple brewing options and have the choice of brewing a single cup or a pot (carafe). We definitely do not waste coffee like we did with our regular coffee maker. My only complaint would be the carafe. It doesn't keep coffee hot as long as my old coffee pot. Overall great product.
