Love my Keurig!

I love my Keurig! I have been a long time Keurig user and their customer service department really stand behind their product. I have four Keurigs in my life One at home, coffee for me, hot cocoa for my son and tea for my husband. One at my job and whenever there is an issue, they get me to call and the customer service department will always trouble shoot me through the process. My mom and sister have Keurigs that I have given as gifts and they are very happy. The new 2.0 was a bit different for me and I was upset when my Keurig cups that I had purchased prior did not work. But, I called customer service and after they walked me through the process they sent me some k-cups for the difficulty. I love Keurig and I love their customer service department and that says a lot. Keep up the great work and keep all of the great coffee, favor coffee, teas and cocoa coming. You have a user for life. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for the review", but honestly I would give a great review without the coffee. (but thanks! I love your coffee).

double check each time you buy coffee pods. even if they say they work in most keurigs they may not work in the newer ones. it is great if you are in a hurry and running late you still can have coffee or tea

These things are awesome if you like only a sip of coffee. Fills like half a cup up, ridiculous. Such a waste of money. Luckily the 2.0 can make a carafe, so it can at least make one normal cup of coffee per serving.

The next generation in brewing

I've been a Keurig user for years and love the design of the K550 system. Like the ability to brew a cup or a pot as needed. Since my husband and I drink different types of coffee, this system works best for us. Always a fresh second cup. I don't like the way it dispenses hot water - you have to hold the button to get not quite 6 oz of water - can't get more unless you go through the brewing process from the beginning and water isn't very hot. Also there's no capability to adjust water temperature.
Pros: Backlight Capabilities, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Stylish, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Cannot Brew In Travel Mug, Limited Hot Water Dispens, Cannot Set Temp Of Water, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I bought this new brewer strictly because of the design and that it has a caraf! I have not been disappointed yet in the flavor or length of time it takes to brew a cup. I am a Keurig lover. This is my 4th not because it stops working but because I want the upgrade! My only issues with this brewer is that I cannot change my water temp and they don't offer the use of the my kcup! But love love love it!
