Use it throughout the day and LOVE it!

"Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review" We're really enjoying the carafe feature on the 2.0. Weekdays we use the single cups, but on the weekends we have a more leisurely breakfast so I use the carafe. I did upgrade to the metal carafe and that keeps the coffee hotter. I like the "strong" feature and usually use the 10 oz size. During the day I use it for tea and sometimes cold drinks. For all of those who don't like that you can't use your own coffee......you just had to wait a bit. I just found product that works with the new 2.0. Honestly, I don't use it for coffee, but I do prefer to use tea leaves for my tea and it works great. My husband would prefer that the coffee be a little hotter, but for me it's great. We're very pleased with our Keurig and will most likely always own one.

I use the 2.0 daily and love it. The only, and I mean only complaint I have is having to hold the start button down for water and not being able to dispense more than 6oz. This is a downgrade from my VUE. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The Keurig 2.0 makes a delicious, hot cup of coffee in no time! It, of course, also gives one the option to brew a cup or a pot. Furthermore, the customer service was very accommodating in addressing my concerns about the older K- cups which I could no longer use. For those reasons alone buying a Keurig 2.0 is a good choice. The negatives, however, include the dispensing of water is limited to 6 ounces and the Keurig button must be held down for that to happen. In addition , the Vue cups are still not compatible. So why buy the new brewer, rather than the Platinum, is a question that still remains. Disclosure: "Thanks , Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I like to use my coffee in a reusable pod, with the great 2.0 you cannot do that, you have to use coffee pods with Keurig top (the 2.0 has a lable reader that must see a Keurig band around the top of the pod) it was a gift and I didnt have a receipt or I would have returned it. If you look on YouTube you can find ways around this.

Everyone needs a Keurig 2.0

The first step of waking up each morning is using my Keurig 2.0. Being recently retired, I start my morning with regular caffeinated coffee, and mid-morning change to decaffeinated - no matter when its always fresh. I use the regular single k-cups daily, but the carafe is great when we have guests. Also, I like being able to add just a touch of hot water to my coffee. We also use the Keurig 2.0 for making iced tea, hot tea, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider. This is not our first Keurig - we have the Mini version we take when we travel by auto and have given other models as gifts. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
