I use my new K550 everyday. I bought another smaller maker because of the limited counter space and hated it! So went back to the Keurig. Love the easy of use..the very hot cup of coffee.. The tastes is outstanding. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this re view.. Would review without this offer but also nice to get some free coffee...

i use this everyday , only two issues with it hard to changed the filter cause the new design of the filter holder hard to get off and breaks easy, stops working if it gets clogged in needles

everyday both me and my husband , only two cons is gets clogged easy and stops working when it does u think its broken when really clogged and don't like design of the new filter holder very cheap but makes great coffee so i buy it again

My son and I use this when we are having family time. I have coffee and he has hot chocolate. It's great because of it's speed and ease of cleaning especially when making hot chocolate for my son. He can even make it on his own and have coffee ready for me if he wakes up and wants to do something nice for me.
