Needs Improvement

I was excited about the new 2.0 brewer as I have owned a Keurig for many years. I will say that I like the large capacity water reservoir. I don't like that it spits coffee all over while it's brewing and has from day one. It's louder than the older model I had and of course, my old k cups won't work in it, which is infuriating. It's a nice design, I like the touchscreen but I really feel as though it needs a little more tweaking to be a superior machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I've used the smaller Keurig K10 Personal Coffeemaker for over a year and was very pleased with it. I then decided that I wanted a single cup brewer with more features, so I bought the K550 model. I love it! One of the most handy features is the reservoir. I'm not a daily coffee drinker, but it's so nice to have hot water always available for brewing. This thing brews so quickly and the low-pitched sound it makes is hardly noticeable. It will brew Keurig k-cups, Vue packs, or an entire carafe of coffee. It's so versatile. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

My ultimate COFFEE maker

Let me tell you how much I love this coffee maker... a lot, I use it every day mostly in the morning some times after noon, I honestly like everything about it, there is no dough that this is my ultimate coffee making machine. The only think I would like to have extra is more than 10oz at one time like 12-14oz at least. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Delete the 4 ounce size, but add 12 ounce size. Holding the button for "Hot water" is annoying. Also, should be able to get more than 6 ounces without having to do the process twice. Other, than these 2 items, the unit works great. Suggestion, people should use distilled water to prevent scaling issues. Thanks, Keuirig, for the free packs for this review.

What is with that funny taste

I would like to be able to use other Kcups with this brewer for flavor options Keuring does not offer. I cannot get rid of the funny after taste no matter what I do. I love being able to make a pot

Absolutely the best Keurig Brewing System I have ever owned. I bought my first in December 2010 and used it everyday. I upgraded to the new Keurig Brewing System 2.0 in December 2014, and I am amazed with its features every time I use it (multiple times each day). I love the lighted water container and its easiness to refill. The electronic display is bright and vivid, and the cup settings are absolutely useful in selecting the cup size for I want to brew each time. And both the Keurig coffee and tea products even seem to taste better. I would highly recommend the new Keurig Brewing System 2.0 to anyone for both home and office use. I even bought a 2nd brewing for when I am travelling away from home! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!
