Not for Hot Water

The hot water feature doesn't work very well as it only brews 2-4oz. I would like the option to choose how much I would like, like the 1.0 models, so I can use a bags or oatmeal. Otherwise, I love it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the ease of use and quickness of the brew. The carafe adds a great flexibility to brewing larger amounts of coffee- although it doesn't keep the coffee hot for an extended period of time. I do hope Keurig comes out with a cup to brew my own coffee. Otherwise, this brewer has been great! Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review!

This was my first keurig, i am so glad i purchased it. I don't drink a ton of coffee at a time so something that makes one cup at a time is perfect. I also love the hot water on demand. Decent Brewer, Could Use Some Improving

We bought the 550 right after they came out. Wish we had waited. Only brews upto a 10 oz cup, If I want a largecup of coffee i have to use the carafe size Cups. this brewer does not accommodate the KCups I had previously purchased, nor the "non Keurig" KCups'. Good size on the carafe, quiet operation, can make coffee fairly smoothly and rapidly, Easy to read the set up menu easy to operate. I use this Keurig on a daily basis for tea, coffee and hot water for hot cocoa. I can recommend purchase, because you will get a good value brewer for your dollar.

A Nice Progression...

There's no doubt that this brewer is a nice step from the last. I was a big fan of the Vue and this takes it to the next level. However, the one aspect of the Vue that I loved was the ability to raise the water temperature to 197 degrees. Can't do that with 2.0 and there's no doubt that the coffee is not as hot. The coffee needs to be 197 degrees. It does not stay hot enough for long enough with this brewer and it's frustrating having to rush through my morning cup. That said, it's a good brewer with plenty of features and the coffee tastes great. No regrets. I would also like to see the ability to raise the drip tray up a notch so that the coffee does not splash out of the cup when brewing. Should be an easy improvement to make. All in all I give it a positive review! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

We love our brewer. I drink flavored coffee,and the wife drinks a variety of different beverages, both hot and cold drinks. It is very easy to use. The only down side is, it drips after the beverage is made. If your using a big glass, and need to remove the cup tray, it will make a little mess, id your not careful.
