Overall a good product

Overall this is a good coffee maker, brews fast and hot. many different options with a large water reservoir. On the down side, it seems to clog and I had to clean outthe coffe grains with a tooth pick. Also, when brewing a pot of coffee, it doesn't brew enough, maybe 3 actual cups of coffee. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love this machine, but I wish the hot water dispenser put out a bit more water per each use. It maxes out at 6 oz. so I always have to run it a second time. Makes great coffee and is a dream in the morning when I'm in a rush!

With a little thought, you can work around all the complaints I've heard in the past. Now that you also buy a home brew basket for your own coffee, that should take off most of them. But, do be candid, after buying one of these aftermarket k cups, we haven't used it. We have discovered three very different blends that we like and we switch them around depending on our mood(s).

Hope this malfunction is a fluke. We enjoy the coffee this machine creates. Cannot recommend until satisfied K2.0 is mechanically dependable. Limited customization: no temperature adjustment, the K-cup holder is flimsy compared to previous generation of brewers. I would be disappointed if, while cleaning, a 5 cent part was poorly designed - a failure would make the machine useless.
