I've been a loyal Keurig brewer customer from the start, and the Keurig 2.0 doesn't disappoint. Love the extra large water tank with the handy flip top for filling. The included carafe is great for family get-togethers or just for those mornings when you really need that caffeine! The only thing I would change is that it came with an insulated carafe, and that the My K-cup worked with this Keurig brewer. Perhaps in the future???

Love this machine

This is a great coffee maker that gets used daily. It's quick, easy, and I love the hot water feature for my kids hot cocoa or tea. I also use this feature to fill up my kids' thermos' with hot water and let stand for a few minutes before filling with hot food. I find their food stays warmer much longer. I've only used the coffee pot a select handful of times as it really only gives us 2 1/2 cups full cups of coffee. I'd honestly rather just use the individual pods than have to wash the coffee pot. The only problem I've had is that the clock will not keep time very well and runs fast so I'm always setting it back. Not that big of a deal. Overall, I love this machine and have not encountered any problems with cups not working with DMR. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love my Keurig 2.0

I love my Keurig 2.0. So far I haven't had any problems with it. I have had it since sometime in November. I absolutely love it. There honestly isn't anything I don't like about it. At first I didn't like how it doesn't have the option to use your own coffee in the my k-cup filter but I have gotten used to that and it doesn't bother me any more. For registering my brewer I received 2 free boxes of k-cups and bought a couple and discovered a lot of really good coffee! I like that it brews the carafe of coffee however I have found the carafe does not keep the coffee warm at all therefore I would say this is the only thing I do not like about it! I think a better carafe needs to be designed that is better insulated. The carafe came free with my machine otherwise I would be returning it I am that unhappy with it however that is not the machine itself. Nothing about the machine itself do I dislike.

Cons: No "my K-cup" Option

"Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review" System is great, however it prohibits the use of 3rd party kcups. Sleek design, features are alittle buggy such as the unknown and misunderstood and not documented nightlight feature.

I was so excited when I heard about the new Keurig and the option it would provide to not only make a single serve cup but a carafe as well. We already owned a VUE that offered lots of options for brew size and beverage type. I have to say that the New 2.0 550 Machine is EXTREMELY impressive, with its larger reservoir, and night light function, and sleek design. However, it lost some of the features from the view which I truly loved, like it's options to brew larger than 10 oz....Although having all of the options of the Keurig K-cups is certainly a very welcomed change. I think if they would have combined the 2.0 and the VUE they would have the perfect machine. There is a give and take in the design of this model, but overall I am extremely pleased and it works for me and my family! We can brew singles when we need and carafes when we want to share!
