Overall, I think the Keurig K550 is a great product. It's quiet, quick, and easy! I wish it had a hot water spout feature and the ability to brew 16oz and 20oz coffees. The carafe option is great, but it would be nice to have something in the middle.

The best thing about this Keurig is that your coffee is ready immediately and there is no mess or clean up. Second best thing - NO waiting in line with coffee snobs and having to remember some "Outer Space" name of what I wanted to order! I can have any kind of coffee I'm in the mood for right away. Love the Keurig system and Green Mountain coffees (4 year user). This new 2.0 brewer is a good upgrade but the first one had pre-heating problems and I had to get replacement -- quality control in manufacturing seems to be lacking. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

The Keurig is great for providing a variety of flavors for a large family, everyone has their favorites. The only downside is you have to brew two K cups for a 16oz cup for the road. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

i mainly make by the cup. ten ounces doesn't fill a regular mug. makes coffee fast. largest setting for carafe only fills it half way. the pot that comes with it doesn't keep it hot. i make 3 to 4 cups a day. i would have liked to use my own coffee,but this model doesn't allow use of an adapter.thanks keurig for the free coffee coupon
